In most cases, we will ship your order within 24 hours of when the order was placed. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the following business day.
We currently ship by UPS (Preferred shipping method) or by US Postal Service.
Regular UPS ground takes 5-10 business days to reach anywhere in the lower 48 states. USPS orders typically require an additional 1-2 days to process. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
GCM Computers, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any items damaged during any form of shipping, and we cannot guarantee the arrival date of the packages.
Returns
Items in new condition may be returned up to 14 days from date of purchase for exchange or refund. Returns must be authorized prior to shipping, and an RMA number must accompany the returned item.
